Do MU Group Lights offer free samples, and what's the MOQ?
Yes, we offer free samples. The MOQ is 500 units.
What is the warranty policy?
We offer 2 years warranty for our products. During the warranty period, if customers provide proof of a product quality issue and it is confirmed by our engineers, we will replace the faulty items. For small quantities, customers do not need to return the defective samples. For larger quantities, customers need to ship back the faulty parts. Repair or replacement products is our max responsibility, we do not assume any other responsibility.
Do you provide OEM/ODM services?
Yes, Material, color, style can be customized. We have gained a lot of experience on OEM and ODM of LED work lights. We have our own design team of more than 20 designers, including graphic designers and 3D designers, and develop 600+ new products. We will strictly follow the principle that we won’t disclose or sell customer’s unique designs or jointly developed products to another third party.
